BALLOTrans™ comes with a standard, Web-based interface that is suitable for many clients. However, we can customize your translation portal to accommodate specific needs you may have, such as:

• unique information you may want to capture for each project or document
• unique reporting requirements
• project-specific budgeting information
• customized ordering or requisitioning

Costs for customization of the BALLOTrans™ portal depend on the complexity of the requirements.

✓ Community Review
Community reviewers are members of the local community who are fluent in the target language and culture. They act as reviewer/experts to provide “real world” insight into the translations, helping us to shape and edit the translations to be as authentic and accurate as possible for the community.

Community Reviewers may be local agencies, non-profit community centers, social service organizations, or the like.

Adding a Community Review cycle helps build bridges to the local community, as well as ensure the integrity and “buy in” to the translation work.

The Prisma team manages the Community Review work closely, in order to keep the project on schedule and to keep the reviewers focused on adding value.

✓ Custom Metrics and Reporting
BALLOTrans™ can be customized to manage and track your translation initiatives and spend.

It can also be customized to provide reports in any format or layout you may need, giving your BALLOTrans™ reports the same look-and-feel as all of your other reporting. These reports are usually self-generatable and available 24/7, enabling you to get status updates of real-time data on the fly—which can be critical in the “heat” of the busy election season.
