Independent Contractors/Language Professionals

We welcome professional linguists and translators from around the world to apply to work with Prisma.
We qualify all of our suppliers according to our ISO 9001:2000 quality process, and carefully match the right professionals to the specific needs of a given project. The following minimum items are required for working with Prisma:

  1. email address;
  2. experience in professional translation (specific qualifications will be evaluated);
  3. ability to read a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat Reader;
  4. ability to use translation memory tools such as SDL-TRADOS®.

Prisma Language Supplier Packet: Once you have completed the application process, you will be sent a Prisma Language Supplier Packet.  Included in this material is a Service Agreement, which must be completed and returned prior to any projects being offered. US residents must also complete the Substitute Form W-9 prior to payment being made.
