Terry Thomson, President

Terry in three words: “savvy, stabilizing, sharp”

Terry’s combination of business skills, leadership, and industry knowledge draw from 30 years of building teams, managing scope, and growing partnerships that add up to increased value on all sides.

Jose Zonis, Localization Manager

Jose in three words: “humorous, helpful, hi-techy”

After almost ten years at Prisma, Jose has developed a wealth of localization tools, technology, and tricks to manage client work across seventy-five languages and countless file formats and document types. A native Brazilian, Jose is fluent in several languages, natural and computer, and manages to balance cutting-edge technology with the importance of client service.

Jean Pasket, Production Manager

Jean in three words: “optimistic, outgoing, organized”

Jean’s five years at Prisma are the latest chapter of a three-decade career in graphic arts, production, and design. The “Jean Team” brings both brand consistency and culturally-appropriate graphic design to a wide array of client work, and Jean still manages to find time to ogle the desktop picture of her new granddaughter.

Deb Kramasz, Senior Language Manager and Quality Manager

Deb in three words: “responsible, resourceful, reliable”

Like the calm eye at the center of a swirling linguistic tempest, Deb deftly shepherds a vast array of projects—across dozens of languages and industries—through the Prisma Quality Process. Deb cultivated her interest in localization, language and culture over eight years living in Morocco, as well as being part of a trilingual, bi-cultural family.
