Training and E-learning programs increasingly must be available across languages, cultures and global enterprises. 

Prisma translates and localizes your training and e-learning programs for any language, culture or medium.

In some cases (such as for highly-technical or regulatory-driven training) we translate close to the original, creating “mirror images” of the content so that the training and messages are identical. To meet other needs (marketing, patient education materials, etc.), we localize or tailor your content for a specific language or culture, creating customized learning experiences for your target user base.

Training Translation
We translate your training materials into any language or target culture. From Web-based training to voice-overs in any language or dialect, we make sure the training purpose and messaging is aligned and optimized for your end-user’s language and culture.

E-learning Localization
E-learning programs have become increasingly sophisticated and complex, both as training tools and as a means to manage everything from product information to employee development. We take the time up front to understand your goals and “translate” them into effective multilingual e-learning experiences for your user base.

M-Learning
The emerging area of M-Learning (mobile-learning) combines e-learning with mobile devices or apps, and requires a number of special considerations for localization. We can assist you in the complete process, from identifying unique requirements through final build and validation.

EPSS
An EPSS (electronic performance support system) is customarily deployed across an enterprise, and increasingly must function in various languages. Our EPSS localization process starts with the end-user experience and “deconstructs” it in order to capture each variable to be localized, including both hard elements (language, dates, currencies, etc.) and “soft” (cultural elements, local preferences). The end result is a higher level of performance and more effective training and support.

Computer-based Training (CBTs) and Web-based Training (WBTs)
We localize CBT and WBT modules into any language, and ensure a seamless learning experience for users. Our ISO quality process makes sure the translation quality is impeccable, and our localization team validates the finished modules for full functionality and accuracy.
