James V. Romano, Ph.D. -- Chief Executive Officer

Since founding Prisma International in 1982, Jim has worked with a broad range of Fortune 500 clients across many industries and languages, including Kodak, 3M, Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Aveda, American Express, Wells Fargo, Target, Best Buy, and FedEx. Jim's strategic approach covers both technical and marketing communication, from content strategy to global branding and naming.

Jim's recent work has focused on emerging consumers in China, as well as helping companies develop strategic plans to become global-ready. He holds a B.A. and M.A from Columbia University (New York), and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.

Michele "Micki" Trinkle -- Manager of Project Management

After running her own DTP business for fifteen years, Micki came to Prisma with a wealth of knowledge in design, layout, and production services. She now manages Prisma's team of project managers, and manages a stable of clients herself.

Micki's strong commitment to client communication, adherence to deadlines, and careful scope management have led to high accolades from our clients for our entire project management team.

Ben Clark -- Production Manager

Ben oversees a team of multilingual production specialists, ensuring timely and accurate layout, design and formatting in Prisma 188 languages and dialects, across dozens of applications. Ben also develops creative solutions for complex global design projects, ensuring consistency, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
