Ever since he was a small kid trying to understand his Italian grandfather at the dinner table, Jim has been trying to unravel the mysteries of languages and cultures. In 1982, he founded Prisma, and for over thirty years has been helping clients engage with their global customers.
Rowella Hansen, VP of Sales
Rowella brings over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, with 11 years in sales management. Working with small and large companies provides broad skills in identifying creative solutions and complex strategies. Her love for Spanish culture and salsa dancing come from having lived on the Panama Canal and in Puerto Rico for 7 years.
Benjamin Clark, CTO
As Prisma’s primary solutions architect, Ben directs technology and translation services at Prisma to help clients in their global initiatives such as translation, technology integration, and global content. He also relies on a deep technology toolkit and a knowledge of emerging business trends to craft elegant solutions.
Rick Farrell, CFO
Rick has been part of the Prisma team for over 16 years. He earned his MBA from Fordham University, and in addition to being fluent in Spanish, he is a professional flamenco dancer—a skill he insists helps him with his accounting tasks.
Tia Toussaint, Director of Organizational Development
Tia brings vision and direction to Prisma’s talent acquisition and management. A seasoned technology professional with over 10 years’ experience in start-ups, Tia balances policy and people, putting the human back into human resources.
